Job Duties:
  • Create and develop new, intriguing dumplings that align with our menu concepts 
  • Prepare the dough
  • Measure and cut the dough
  • Roll the dumpling/bun skin
  • Stuff the dumpling/buns
  • Close and arrange the dumpling/buns in the steamer properly
  • Steam the dumplings/buns for the appropriate amount of time
  • Clean the dumpling preparation areas
  • Label all items in accordance with Health Department regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all propriety information, including but not limited to recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP’s”)
Job Duties:
  • Create and develop new, intriguing pastries that align with our menu concepts 
  • Plan and modify a unique, one of a kind pastry menu for our concepts
  • Assist with the completion of production records to include waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
  • Handle foods items appropriately and with all safety regulations in mind during preparation and service
  • Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
  • Keep display equipment clean and free of debris
Job Duties:
  • Create and develop new, intriguing meat-based dishes and Doners that align with our menu concepts 
  • Prepare the meat-based menu items daily as needed
  • Set up equipment for meat Doner rotators, adjust conveyors, catch pans, assemble the parts for meat trimmer and other equipment necessary for Doner operation
  • Fill cone former with meat according to specifications (physically demanding task) and use weight scale for measurement; transport cone former into the freezer
  • Control food cost and usage by following proper requisition of products from storage areas, product storage procedures, standard recipes and waste control procedure

  • Plan and modify a unique, one-of-a-kind menu for the surrounding area
  • Assist with inspiring the aura and design of the dining area
  • Mentor and manage the workflow of the kitchen

  • Plan and modify a unique, one-of-a-kind menu for the surrounding area
  • Assist with inspiring the aura and design of the dining area
  • Mentor and manage the workflow of the kitchen
Job Duties:
  • Assist in food preparation and service in the Food Truck during lunch hours and events
  • When taking orders, provide prompt and engaging service with patrons
  • Do your part to maintain the cleanliness and organization of truck and prep kitchen areas
